For ten years, Thomas Pluch has been self-employed in interim management for SMEs and family businesses (1st, 2nd & 3rd generation). Before that, he gained 15 years of international management experience working in various industries in Germany, Austria, Asia, the USA, and South America.

2007 – three years living abroad in Paris, France – beginning of self-employment; 1998/1999 – key account manager for business development in South America for international plant manufacturer; 1997/1998 – twelve months living abroad in Taiwan as a key account and overall project manager, responsible for the construction of a major project.
  • Projects
For ten years Thomas Pluch has been leading transformation projects in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation family businesses in B2B markets, mostly with 30 to 250 employees. Within the scope of his mandates, he has guided companies in crisis situations through a turnaround, actively accompanied medium- and long-term strategy development, stabilised organisational structures and adapted them to meet the requirements. Projects to improve profitability were just as much his focus as the professional development of employees and managers who, with his help, learned to adopt an independent manner of working.
