Susanne Brüggemann looks back on more than 25 years of management experience as a chemical engineer in an international group and has led both restructuring and strategic reorientation in industrial and technological business areas – including at an international level.
Thomas Pluch
He is diplomatic and effective at implementing solutions, always strategically oriented and deeply familiar with the operational issues in the company. Its strengths lie in a committed approach and fast implementation. This creates a high level of acceptance among employees and managers in the change process.
For ten years, Thomas Pluch has been successful in interim management for SMEs and is specialised on family businesses. Prior to that, he gained 15 years of international management experience in various technological industries and positions in Germany, Austria, Asia, the USA, and South America.
